How does getting a quotation work?
Tell us about your project through Get a Quote — the product, design, and quantity. Our team reviews it and prepares a formal quotation. Once issued, a quotation stays valid for 7 days.
How does artwork approval work?
Yes — where artwork is involved, we need your approval before your order goes into production.
How long does production take?
There's no universal turnaround time — it depends on your specific job and our current production schedule. We'll let you know the expected timeline with your quotation. Rush work may be possible, subject to availability.
Is the Reseller Program open to everyone?
Applying to the Reseller Program is free, and every application is reviewed manually — it's not an automatic approval. Approved resellers get access to reseller pricing and dropshipping/white-label fulfilment.
Can I return a custom or personalized product?
Because custom and personalized products are made to your approved requirements, change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. If there is a genuine production error by Prints Empire, please contact us so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate remedy.
